This Cookie Policy explains how [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“WeGrowLaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies on wegrowlaw.com (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels, tags, web beacons, and scripts are small pieces of code loaded on a page that can read or set information, including cookies, and send data to us or to third parties. We refer to all of these as “tracking technologies.”
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function and to remember your privacy choices (for example, the cookie that records that you opted out of tracking). These are always on.
- Analytics. Help us measure and improve Site performance (pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page).
- Advertising and conversion. Measure and target advertising, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related tools. Data collected may be shared with the advertising platform under its own terms.
- Visitor identification / identity resolution. A third-party identity-resolution script, provided by Leadpipe and related providers, that may associate a visit with an identified individual or business. This is the technology with the highest privacy sensitivity; see the Privacy Policy for what it collects and why.
How we honor your choices
We present a consent notice. The identity-resolution and advertising technologies above load only when permitted by your choices and applicable signals:
- If you opt out (via the notice or the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page), we store a first-party preference and those technologies do not load.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser and those technologies do not load.
- Visitors we detect as being in the EU or UK are handled at a company level rather than identified individually.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the Site works. Because opt-out is stored as a cookie tied to a browser and device, you may need to opt out again on a different browser or device, or if you clear cookies.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies change. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
